Do you guys like polenta? I think it is pretty good. I just read about a concept of polenta that blew my mind. FRIED POLENTA STICKS SMOTHERED IN GORGONZOLA CHEESE. Man holy cow I have to eat this. If anyone knows of any restaurants in Seattle that serve fried polenta (preferably with gorgonzola) please let me know. I am drooling all over myself right now.
