Joanna Newsom

I saw Joanna Newsom live on Monday and it was sooo great you guys. If you aren't familiar, she's basically a folk artist who was trained as a classical harpist and she has kind of a crazy voice. She played with a full orchestra and I love love loved it.

Things I learned:

• Every girl who likes Joanna Newsom is cute
• Some of them wear a pretty cool cloak
• It's apparently fully plausible to play the violin professionally with a 3 foot long beard
• I guess drumming must be easier or something without shoes on
