Last night I went with my friend Mack and my wife-friend Sonya to go see John Hodgman and Jonathan Coulton do a show that honestly sounds a little boring because it's basically a book tour promotion, but which was actually more like a very funny stand-up comedian and a funny/awesome singer and sometimes both at the same time. If you don't know, John Hodgman is the PC in those Mac ads, and also he's on the Daily Show and other stuff, and Jonathan Coulton is a successful internet musician. Also Sean Nelson and John Roderick were there, who are fairly big dudes in Seattle, and you might know them from when they were both in the moderately famous band Harvey Danger in the 90s.
Anyway yeah, it was great! I got a copy of Hodgman's new book but I didn't have him sign it because I didn't want to wait around any longer in the very humid venue but whatever! If you get a chance to go see them on this book tour I highly recommend it!
