Well probably not really. But there's an article in the NYTimes about somebody who thinks maybe he did. It's most likely a typo or else a grammar thing we don't do anymore, OR if anyone invented it it'd be the transcriber I guess BUT WHATEVER I'M SAYING LINCOLN INVENTED ;)
I mean of course he did, as I've always maintained the complete factual accuracy of this comic.
