What Is the Deal with Thinkin' Lincoln?

Hello there friend! Are you new to my website? If you are maybe you are kind of lost and going all like "dang what is the deal here this makes no sense to me as a person unfamiliar with it." Well that is okay internet traveler! I am here to help you.

Who are these characters dude

So probably the first thing that might confuse you is who are these characters. I mean Abe Lincoln and George Washington are pretty easy, and yeah you probably recognize Queen Elizabeth II. But like all the other dudes are historical but maybe you aren't that good at history? So you don't recognize who they are. Plus maybe my drawings aren't that good. Also there are a couple characters that aren't historical except because they're characters in my very historic comic. SO THE POINT IS I can help you! Here is a list of characters for you to peruse! I don't have every character on there, but most of the major ones are.

What is even the setting of this comic here

You might be wondering what is going on with the setting here, because it doesn't seem to make much sense. All these historical dudes and stuff from disparate times are hanging out together even though they are dead and acknowledge that fact and also they are just floating heads? Well I guess it isn't supposed to make sense. The characters in the comic are floating heads for no reason, and they are all living in some kind of proximity at the same time and who knows why. Maybe they are in Heaven? But also they seem like they are kind of on Earth. Look you just have to deal with the fact that it makes no sense. I can't help you with that, it is a journey of your own. I think it's funnier that way and maybe someday you will agree with me!

Here is the situation most plainly stated: Abe Lincoln, George Washington, and Queen Elizabeth II (plus a ton of other characters) are friends who hang out and talk and play jokes on each other and they live in the modern day now as floating heads or maybe it's the future and none of them for the most part are much like their actual historical selves. I hope that helps.

Wait so what are their relationships exactly

Well Abe is the main dude and George is his friend but only kinda because George is a big jerk/douche and basically hates everyone. He is all the time real disdainful to Abe. Liz is their female British friend and sometimes is Abe's love interest but only kinda. (Plus he could be a gay.) She is usually pretty down-to-earth compared to Abe. Most of the other characters are friends or acquaintances of Abe's. I'll let you figure out the rest here. Oh and some of that stuff is on the characters page.

What is going on with continuity and/or canon in this comic

The most basic response of all is that there isn't any canon or continuity. But if you want to get right down to it, it's not fully true. Stuff that happened in the past of the comic is sometimes referenced in the future. Sometimes a story arc will go on for a few days. But the thing is that I like to break continuity sometimes because I think it's funny. And I don't really consider anything unbreakable canon. Then again who cares this is a comic on the internet.

Dude you are copying and pasting your art dude that is weak

Yeah well your MOM is copying and pasting. Uh. Anyway. I think it looks pretty good and I mean I drew all the art I'm copying and pasting so what's the big deal? I usually have to make new art for most comics anyway. What I'm saying is this is the beauty of what computers are good for.

You're kind of a weird guy if you think the stuff in these comics is jokes

Well I don't think I'm that weird of a guy but people say my comic has a weird sensibility or something I don't know. I just try to make stuff that is as funny as I can and I hope other people like it too!

PS your grammar sucks

I don't want everybody to think I'm a lame internet guy who is basically not acquainted with the simple forms of a comma, because I actually studied English and Linguistics in school so I know my grammar good and thorough. But sometimes you just gotta sit back and enjoy the ride my friend.
